Mantle allocated over 2.09 million EIGEN tokens in two phases, and is now open for application at 16:00 today.

According to official sources, Mantle has allocated 2,098,636.67 EIGEN in two stages as rewards to the community for adopting its Ethereum liquidity stake token mETH (by further staking 100,000 mETH on the EigenLayer through the Mantle Treasury). Additionally, extra EigenLayer points have also been allocated to Pendle's USDe pool. These measures allow users to enjoy higher native yields across a wide range of protocols while maintaining exposure to EIGEN and even allowing them to earn more EigenLayer points on average. Eligible mETH holders will be able to claim EIGEN on October 1st at 16:00. The reward distribution is divided into three types:

• For the first stage, qualified users who hold mETH on the Mantle Network between February 9, 2024 and March 15, 2024: 1,077,480.69 EIGEN; -The second phase is open to eligible users who hold mETH on the Mantle network between March 16, 2024 and September 25, 2024: 1,021,155.98 EIGEN;
• Qualified users who have USDe positions in Pendle through the Mantle Network. Please note that all claims will end on March 16, 2025. Any unclaimed EIGEN will be reallocated to the Mantle Treasury.
