Recently, the rising trend in the Crypto Assets market has been significantly driven by enterprise-level funding. The latest research report reveals that several well-known Bitcoin financial companies currently hold a total market capitalization of $100 billion in digital assets, showcasing the strong interest of institutional investors in digital assets.
In these institutional investors' portfolios, Bitcoin dominates. According to statistics, they hold a total of 791,662 Bitcoins, worth approximately $93 billion, accounting for 3.98% of the circulating Bitcoin supply. At the same time, these institutions also hold 1.3 million Ethereum, valued at over $4 billion, making up 1.09% of the Ethereum supply.
Among them, a leading Bitcoin investment company recently announced that its financial report showed a record high revenue of approximately $14.03 billion in the second quarter, with a year-on-year growth of over 7000%. This astonishing growth mainly comes from the unrealized gains of its held digital assets, amounting to $14 billion. As of the end of July, the company held 628,791 Bitcoins, with an average cost of $73,277 per coin. More notably, the company also plans to further increase its Bitcoin holdings through $4.2 billion in financing, demonstrating its long-term optimism towards the Crypto Assets market.
Another notable institutional investor is focusing on Ethereum investments. This institution currently holds 334,800 ETH, worth approximately $1.24 billion, making it the third largest holder of Ethereum in the market, second only to the Ethereum Foundation.
These data reflect the growing confidence of institutional investors in the Crypto Assets market. As more enterprise-level funds pour in, the digital asset market may welcome new development opportunities. However, investors still need to cautiously assess risks and closely monitor market trends and changes in the regulatory environment.
