Dare to trade. Dare to win.
We often look for external causes for life's problems:
"The economy is tough again"
"The competition is getting tougher"
"Unlucky fate"
But be honest... What if most of the obstacles come from small habits that we consider normal? Habits that have become AUTOPILOT to the point that we are no longer aware of them?
1. Micro Procrastination.
Not only postponing big projects. But the habit of delaying small things every day:
"5 minutes more to wake up"
"It's starting soon"
"It should have been done, but..."
What is the impact?
Dozens of productive hours are lost each week.
Reality check...
If 5 minutes of procrastination every working hour:
=40 minutes/day
=3.3 hours/week
=14 hours/month
=168 hours/year
it equates to 21 FULL WORKING DAYS wasted just because of habits
"just a moment".
And even worse, procrastination sticks to the brain, becoming stronger over time.
2. Digital Dopamine Addiction.
"Just checking the notifications for a bit"
"Just scroll a little to take a break"
"I'm bored, let's TikTok first"
The reality is...
Every dopamine hit from likes, notifications, and new content rewires the brain to constantly seek instant gratification. The effect? Severe damage to the ability to focus.
We used to read books for 2 hours? No problem. Now reading an article for just 5 minutes already feels exhausting.
I used to be able to focus on work for 45 minutes? Easy. Now I want to check my phone after just 10 minutes.
The science is clear....
Digital dopamine addiction destroys deep focus, whereas deep focus is the key to all meaningful achievements in life.
3. Information Overconsumption.
"I have to keep updating the news" Haven't read this article yet, later I'll be left behind"
"Must follow all new motivational podcasts"
What about it?
Overconsumption of information =
PROCRASTINATION DISGUISE. We feel productive, but we are just consuming, not creating.
Sign you are trapped in information overload...
Often scroll through online courses without ever completing a single one. Always looking for "one more video" before taking action.
Hundreds of "read later" article bookmarks follow dozens of newsletters but never implement.
4. Perfectionism Paralyzed.
